Bishop-elect Richard A. Groover is a native of New York City's Harlem. Born to Bishop Johnny & Ruby Groover. Received his calling into the ministry at the tender age 16. Upon graduating from Savannah High School he enlisted in the navy and began to live the life of the prodigal son. After the 7th year of living this type of life he recommitted himself to the Lord and his calling. Pastor Groover has helped establish several churches. He Pastored Revival Temple of Christ from 2001 to 2004. God began using him to preach revivals, conferences, convocations, and leadership seminars up and down the east coast. In December 2008 upon the leading of the Holy Spirit he founded Kingdom Life Ministry.
Pastor Groover serves in the Kingdom as Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Covenant Churches Internaional, Under the covering of Chief Apostle Vennissica Kelly, he serves jurisdictional Bishop-elect of Word Clinic, and Vice President of the Virginia District of the Kingdom Apostalic Network under the leadership of Apostle George Fowler.
In April 2009 he married his love the former Kiersten Duncan. He is a husband, proud father, and retired Navy Chief Petty Officer with 21 years of service. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in religious studies from Liberty University. God has made him a man after his own heart like David, given him the wisdom of Solomon, and the anointing of the Apostles to reach this nation.

First Lady Kiersten Groover

First Lady Kiersten Groover was born in Harvey IL however she lived in Los Angeles, CA most of her life and is a graduate of Inglewood High. She received Christ in her life as Lord and Savior at a very young age. In 2005 she along with her children relocated to Norfolk, VA to start a new life. Here in Norfolk she had a rewarding career in property management and attended Calvery Revival Church. First Lady Kiersten met Pastor Groover in December of 2006 and they married in April 2009. She has been a proud member and co laborer of Kingdom Life since it's inception.
Her God given gift is to write and after years of making attempts to become a published author, while in Walmart early one morning a perfect stranger approached her and spoke these words "God said to write your book". She pressed through with her first book an autobiography entitled "From Wilderness to Divine Destiny". Her testimoney on how God kept her and delivered her into her divine destiny. In answering a call on her life to go deeper, by faith she walked away from corporate america to begin Directed Destiny a non profit organization in which is the CEO. The vision is to build transitional homes for woman, mentor young teens, and a day care for single working moms.
She is a wife, mother of 3, Sunday school teacher, published author with more books in the works. She received her Associates degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in religion from Liberty University.
First Lady Kiersten is a prayer warrior and intercessor. She is filled with love for God's people and has a passion to see souls saved set free and delivered. She stands faithfully beside her husband proudly in ministry supporting the vision.
